Reservations are necessary. We request a 24 hour notice for cancellation. Appointments for bridal parties requires a credit card to hold the reservation and 72 hours notice for cancellation.
We do recommend that you always schedule your next experience prior to leaving in order to guarantee availability of your desired service(s) and times.
Here at SHINE, we understand our guests have busy lives, so our cancellation policy gives you flexibility when canceling appointments. We ask you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments, 72 hours for parties of 3 or more. Guests that do not show up for scheduled appointment with no advance notice will result in the next appointment requiring a credit card to reserve their appointment or a 50% charge for the service on their next appointment. If you are running late, a phone call is greatly appreciated. Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment, which will end as originally scheduled so that the next appointment may begin on time. For some treatments however, late arrivals cannot be accommodated and will need to be rescheduled.
For all of our guests' comfort, cellular phones need to be turned off in the salon and spa area.
Parents please note that: making your child and pet care arrangements prior to your appointment ensures that you and our other guests will enjoy your time with us to the fullest.
